Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will update on our face book page
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Quality Dough Bowls LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Quality Dough Bowls LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
Shipping can be delayed in flood conditions due to our farm is located on the water and we only have one way in and one way out. Updates on all orders can be found on our face book page

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Quality Dough Bowls LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Quality Dough Bowls LLC. We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 3 days of your purchase, if 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. • The item must be in the original packaging. • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. EXCHANGES • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: Qualitydoughbowls@gmail.com and include pictures and video of the issue. The following are exempt from refunds: • Custom Carved Bowls Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: Qualitydoughbowls@gmail.com • It must be sent to the following Address: 730 Bridgewater Road Bensalem PA 19020 • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not return bowls due to color minor size differences.

Damaged bowls due to craftsmanship are shipped at no cost to Consumer
Due to demand orders may take longer to complete. If your order is reaching the 8 business weeks you will receive and email or phone call explaining the delay and we will communicate on your order status.

We can not control Mother Nature. Delays in orders being processed due to power loss or storm conditions due not warrant a refund. We do our best to keep going. However the shop needs electric and the Kilns and dryers need temperatures above 25 degrees. We update daily on Facebook if issues like this arise.
